Join us July 18 to 21 at Suncadia Resort as we go "Back to the Future" and celebrate the 1980s at WDTL's 2019 Annual Meeting & Convention

 

Registration includes Thursday evening reception, breakfast daily, Friday afternoon President’s Party, Saturday evening Cocktail Party & Awards Dinner, an extensive CLE Program, and a souvenir for each attendee and registered guest.

Children’s registration includes breakfast daily and dinner/entertainment on Thursday and Saturday evenings.

CLE CREDITS: WA 7.0 credits approved including 3.5 ethics credits. An additional 2.0 credits are available for the Practice Development session on Thursday.

Rooms are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.  Reservations must be made by June 18 to guarantee these special rates. Reservations made after June 18 are subject to room and rate availability.  All reservations require a credit card guarantee and a deposit of the first night’s room and tax.  This deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of the arrival date.  Convention Rates are available for 3 days before and after the convention dates, depending on availability.

Activities:

Yoga: Get your namaste on for an early Friday morning stretch led by Christine Tavares, a certified yoga instructor. She will lead a multi-leveled class with adaptations for individual level of flexibility. Meet in the lobby promptly at 6:30 am. Bring a towel, WDTL will provide a yoga mat and get your zen ohm.

The Running Man Fun Run: Go on a lovely 5K run or walk on Saturday morning, led by Molly Kosten. Meet in the lobby at 6:30 am for this at your own pace fun run/walk.

Friday Golf Tournament: Golf fees for the Prospector Golf Course are $150.00 per person including a box lunch, transportation, and cart. Players of all ability levels are encouraged to participate! No refunds for golf tournament registrations made after June 19. Substitutions welcome.

Friday Kickball: Don’t want to golf? Join other WDTL members and their guests for a spirited kickball game with adult & kid juice boxes and snacks for a fun Friday afternoon to celebrate Peter Ritchie’s fine year as president!

Parents:
The youth activities on Thursday and Saturday nights are designed for kids ages 3 to 11 (diaper-free).  Our Campcadia program handles child care from 4 years and up and can be booked through Concierge or directly with the team at 509-649-6144.

Attire:
Casual resort attire is appropriate for all events. 

Golf course dress code requires the following: Golf shirts must have both collars and sleeves and shorts must be of moderate length.  Halter tops, tank tops, and all jean-type clothes are not permitted.  Non-metal spikes only.

REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations prior to June 18 will receive a refund less a $50.00 handling fee.  No refunds after June 18.  Substitutions welcome.
