Ryan’s practice focuses on insurance coverage, alleged bad faith litigation, and general advice to insurers writing policies in Washington and Oregon. He handles both first- and third-party claims and advises clients regarding coverages over a wide variety of policies, including Commercial General Liability, Homeowners, Directors & Officers Liability, Construction, Environmental Liability, Technology, Professional Liability, Commercial Excess, Maritime and Automobile.

Ryan regularly conducts presentations on Washington insurance claims handling including alleged bad faith issues. He has significant experience with IFCA, CPA, and common law bad faith claims and Stipulated (Covenant) Judgments in Washington.
