Description:
Presented by the WDTL Auto & Trucking Committee
Levi Bendele and Amanda Stone provide a roadmap for using a biomechanical expert. They’ll take you through the process from case inception to closure and discuss common questions that you may not know the answer to, such as the best time to get a biomechanical expert involved, how estimates are made and how to get them approved, the multifaceted roles a biomechanical expert can perform, how to work with your expert efficiently and successfully through the journey of your case, and how to overcome obstacles such as motions in limine.
Presented by Levi Bendele, Lee Smart & Amanda Stone, Senior Biomechanist, ARCCA

He worked for State Farm claims in the late 90s and for the last 20+ years has defended a variety of cases, including automobile liability and UM/UIM, premise liability, construction injury and defect, premises liability, HOA litigation, professional liability, and insurance matters involving EUOs, PIP, coverage, bad faith and IFCA claims. He has been a member of WDTL since the early 2000s, was formerly a board member, and currently heads the Auto and Trucking Practice Group.
