Description:

Casework involving school violence-related injuries will invariably challenge the systemic measures in place to prevent, intervene, and respond to threats to school safety. In this session, Dr. Suzanne Rodriguez and Mark Meredith will discuss the foundational components of school safety and supervision that comprise the industry standard of care.

Dr. Suzanne Rodriguez is an expert in school administration and social work with nearly 30 years of professional experience. She applies her expertise to forensic casework involving instances of injury, abuse, and negligence that occur with schools, foster care, and group home facilities.

Mark Meredith has a diverse background in law enforcement and security spanning more than 25 years. Throughout his career, Mark has worked with police agencies, the Department of Homeland Security, tribal governments, and school districts. As an expert at Robson Forensic, he applies his expertise to forensic casework involving police practices, premises security, and liquor liability disputes.
