When the Washington State Legislature gavels in on January 11 for 105 days of action, there will be dozens of new legislators, a likely shift in the political lay of the land following the elections, a $4+ billion state budget deficit to confront, and recommendations for the Legislature to consider on one or more significant tort reforms.
