Changes to the Washington Administrative Code (WAC)
Join Rishabh Agny of Clyde & Co for a discussion on the October 18 changes to the WAC. We will discuss the ripple effect the WAC changes have had on Washington insurers. Topics will include the most concerning areas for carriers, gray areas where litigation will likely focus, and how the defense bar is developing strategies for the wave of litigation likely to follow.
