WDTL 2020 Holiday Drive

The WDTL Community Service Committee invites our Members and Firms to join us in supporting organizations that we have partnered with over the years.

The WDTL Community Service Committee invites our Members and Firms to join us in supporting organizations that we have partnered with over the years. COVID-19 has created many challenges related to participating in charitable events, and we will not be able to host our competitive Coat Drives or Food Drives this season. While we enjoy our charitable drives, we know that these charities are providing valuable services and continue to need monetary support.

We've recently spotlighted the Emergency Feeding Program: https://www.emergencyfeeding.org/

Here are more of our favorite charities:

World Relief Seattle:  https://worldreliefseattle.org/donate-stuff (includes an Amazon wishlist)

Treehouse:  https://www.treehouseforkids.org/  (front page includes ways to donate, including an Amazon list)

Roots Young Adult Shelter:  https://secure.lglforms.com/form_engine/s/vrE3ftBpdZ6TUQxxS1-4-A  (prior recipient of coats from WDTL's Drive - link to make a monetary donation)

Spokane Riverkeeper:  https://www.spokaneriverkeeper.org/#intro-1

Operation Sack Lunch:  https://www.oslserves.org/donate (link to make a monetary donation)

Youth Tutoring Program:  https://ccsww.org/get-help/child-youth-family-services/youth-tutoring-program/ (WDTL Board Member Derek Bishop serves on the Board)

Crosswalk Youth Shelter in Spokane:  https://www.voaspokane.org/crosswalk (prior recipient of coats from WDTL's drive)

Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery:  https://www.vanessabehan.org/

University District Food Bank:  https://www.udistrictfoodbank.org/

If you find that you have the ability to give a little extra this holiday season, we know that these organizations will be grateful for your generosity.
