Dr. Penner will discuss a comprehensive approach to reviewing psychiatric cases, including diving into the medical records. He will share strategies and insights into uncovering hidden information gathered from his years of experience. Dr. Penner will also touch on the extensive available information within a claim file, including Worker’s Compensation claim files.

 

Dr. David Penner, MD, is a Harvard-trained, double board-certified psychiatrist practicing in Olympia, WA. He specializes in treating both adults and children with mental health issues, including refractory depression, using Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, and handles cases under Workman's Compensation. Dr. Penner has extensive legal experience, providing 33 hours of court testimony in 2022 and completing around 200 evaluations for Labor and Industries (L&I), primarily for PTSD. He has also been performing legal work related to PTSD after motor vehicle accidents since 2017.
