This program is designed for attorneys to better understand some of the common degenerative conditions that are present in the shoulder, their incidence, and how these impact findings and MRI studies, etc. after an automobile accident. Treatment options will be discussed as well.

Dr. Battaglia is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and holds a certificate of additional qualification from the American Board of orthopedic surgery and orthopedic sports medicine. He did his fellowship in York city at the hospital for special surgery and shoulder and sports medicine. He has been in private practice in Washington state since 2009 and is retired United States Navy as a Navy captain. He has been doing forensic-medico legal work in Washington state for over 20 years.
