Jon Morrone
Jon is Assistant General Counsel with The Holland America Group. Jon is a trial lawyer turned in-house counsel. He was partner at a large firm in Seattle, Williams Kastner and Gibbs, where he tried cases to verdict before going in-house. In his current role, he is predominantly an employment lawyer and advisor to human resources, but he also manages outside counsel on a wide range of litigation beyond just employment matters.

Derek Bishop
Derek Bishop is a partner in the Employment practice group and helps clients across the nation with complex employment issues. He regularly counsels employers on workplace issues, including disability accommodation, wage and hour issues, and other employment issues. When necessary, he defends employers against employment claims, including wage and hour violations, brought either by individual employees or on behalf of a class of employees.
Eric de los Santos
Eric C. de los Santos recently joined Facebook as an Associate General Counsel. Prior to this, he was Deputy General Counsel, VP of Legal, Employment, & Ethics for TrueBlue where he lead a team responsible for investigating and responding to all employment and labor related matters, fraud, and code of conduct violations for the company’s brands operating in the U.S. and globally. He also chaired TrueBlue’s Diversity & Inclusion Council and worked directly with the CEO and senior leadership to advance the company’s D&I strategy.
