The discussion will be centered on what is construction scheduling and why is it important. 

Presenter: Andrew Lonergan

Andrew has more than 28 years of experience in the construction management and claims industry. He serves as a consulting expert assisting attorneys and their clients with case assessment, and as a testifying expert on a wide range of construction related claims and defect cases. Mr. Lonergan has assisted clients with his expertise in matters of schedule delays and impacts, productivity loss, claim entitlement, contractor standard of care, evaluation and computation of damages, and costs of repairs. In addition to claim related work, Mr. Lonergan regularly assists contractors with preparation and maintenance of project CPM schedules during pre-construction and throughout the project life-cycle. He also provides support to his clients on change order requests and pre-claim preparation.
