Tasha Lyn Cosimo is an Attorney in the firm's Business Transactions Practice Group, and focuses on estate planning and estate administration, including trust administration and probate, in both Oregon and Washington.
She has been practicing law in Oregon since 2011, and in Washington since 2015, and has been practicing estate planning and administration exclusively since 2020. She has significant experience with the preparation of wills and trusts, formation of business entities, trust administration, and probate administration, including wrongful death probates. She also has experience with minor settlements and the preparation of estate tax returns.
