Most cases settle during mediation. Yet sometimes counsel don't seem to put best efforts into mediation. Former defense trial lawyers and current mediators Roy Umlauf and Carl Forsberg will share their tips (based on over 80 years of combined experience) on what defense counsel can do better at mediation to get better results and to impress your clients.
