October WDTL Members' Roundtable

Date(s): October 1, 2020

Time: 5:15 PM  PST - 6:15 PM  PST

Please join us for the October Roundtable hosted on Zoom.

Topic: Settlement Agreements and Releases
Facilitator: Natasha Khachatourians

The terms of a settlement agreement and release are long-lasting, and if not written with clarity, can potentially be detrimental.  Some even fall apart before the agreement can be finalized in a formal document, forcing a motion under CR 2A.  Join your fellow defense attorneys and the WDTL for our October Roundtable as we discuss potential issues and experiences with settlement agreements, releases, and CR 2As.

Roundtables are limited to Civil Defense Litigators.

1 CLE credit

The monthly Roundtables take place on the first Thursday of each month.

Each month focuses on a new topic allowing for informal discussions between WDTL members that they may share their experience, knowledge, and practice tips.
