Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice is pleased to announce the addition of Reeya Patel as an associate in the firm's Seattle office.
With more than 20 years of experience as an in-house government lawyer, Narver has a deep understanding of the complex legal issues, political pressures, and regulatory constraints facing school districts, municipalities, and other institutional clients. His practice focuses on appellate, government liability defense, and trial practice, as well as consulting in the governmental agencies/public entities industry.
Narver earned his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law and holds his undergraduate degree from Williams College. He is licensed to practice in Washington and before the Supreme Court of the United States.

Her practice focuses on insurance defense, premises liability, and personal injury. Patel earned her law degree from Seattle University School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. During law school, she served as president of the Middle Eastern and South Asian Law Student Association, received a Pro Bono Pledge Distinction, and completed a semester-long externship with the Immigration Justice Clinic at Seattle University. Patel is licensed to practice in Washington.
