Amicus Committee

The Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Amicus Committee upon request reviews cases that address important issues in civil litigation in Washington State courts and submits briefs.  The committee will make the determination on whether or not to weigh in based on factors such as the significance of the legal arguments and if the positions advocated are consistent with WDTL's goals.

Amicus requests are only accepted from current WDTL members.
