Amicus Committee

The Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Amicus Committee reviews cases that address important issues in civil litigation in Washington State courts and submits briefs upon request.  The committee will make the determination on whether or not to weigh in based on factors such as the significance of the legal arguments and if positions advocated are consistent with WDTL's goals.

If you are interested in receiving WDTL's support of an amicus, please submit an amicus request form in a timely manner.   Amicus requests are only accepted from current WDTL members.
