Registration includes Thursday evening reception, breakfast on Friday & Saturday, the Friday President’s Party, the Saturday evening Cocktail Party & Awards Dinner, an extensive CLE Program, and a souvenir for each registrant. Children’s registration includes breakfast Friday & Saturday and dinner/entertainment on Thursday and Saturday evenings. Kids programs are designed for kids ages 3 to 11 (diaper-free).

Cancellation Policy: Registrants canceling their Convention Registration prior to June 20 will receive a refund less a $75.00 handling fee. No refunds after June 20. Substitutions welcome.

Players of all ability levels are encouraged to participate.

No refunds for golf tournament registration after July 7 but substitutions are welcome.

Activities

Yoga: Get your namaste on for an early Friday morning stretch led by Christine Tavares, a certified yoga instructor. Christine will lead a multi-leveled class with adaptations for individual levels of flexibility. Meet in the lobby promptly at 6:30 a.m.  Bring a towel, WDTL will provide a yoga mat.

Fun Run: If golf isn’t your swing, join Erin Seeberger for this at your own pace fun run/ walk.

Kids Activities: We will provide dinner & entertainment on Thursday and Saturday evenings. Kids programs are designed for children ages 3 to 11 (diaper-free).

Welcome Reception: Start the weekend off with networking and fun on Thursday night, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.  (Dinner on Thursday will be on your own.)

President's Party: Join us Friday, July 21 from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. as we celebrate outgoing WDTL President, Jon Morrone at Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre.

Women's Networking Lunch: Saturday, July 22, 12:30 - 2:00 p.m. $50 per person.

Cocktail Party & Awards Dinner: Saturday, July 22, close out the Convention as we honor the recipient of the WDTL President's Award. Dressy casual attire is recommended.

Convention Attire: Casual resort wear recommended except where noted.
